One of the oldest varieties, the cold hardy Adams reaches between 8-10 ft tall on average.  It thrives in full sun for optimal fruiting but will tolerate some shade.  A vigorous grower that ripens mid-season; Adams produces sweet and large berries.  Pruning: Fruits on first year growth so the plant may be cut back yearly without harm to the follow years production.
